At Mum’s Whole Food, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This policy is in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Perishable Goods

Due to the nature of our fresh and perishable products, we cannot accept returns on these items unless they are of unsatisfactory quality, not as described, or unfit for purpose.

If you receive a perishable item that you are not satisfied with, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photographic evidence of the product.

Please contact us at orders@mumswholefood.co.uk. We may offer a refund or a replacement for the item at our discretion.

Non-Perishable Goods

For non-perishable items (e.g., canned goods, toiletries, household items), you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return for a non-perishable item, please contact us at orders@mumswholefood.co.uk to receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
