Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery services for online orders:

Delivery Zones

We currently deliver to all postcodes within [Specify your delivery areas, e.g., London, mainland UK]. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to [List any exclusions, e.g., Channel Islands, Northern Ireland] at this time.

Delivery Process

  • Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
  • Dispatch Notification: You will receive another email once your order has been dispatched, which will include tracking information.
  • Freshness Guarantee: For perishable items, we use insulated packaging to ensure your products stay fresh during transit. Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery and refrigerate any chilled items as soon as possible.

In-Store Pickup

You can also choose to collect your online order from one of our stores. Simply select the “In-Store Pickup” option at checkout and choose your preferred store location (Harringay or Kew Bridge). You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

Third-Party Delivery Services

For same-day delivery, you can also find us on Uber Eats. Please refer to the app for their specific delivery times and fees.

Important Information

  • Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
  • We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect address information.
