Sweet Thyme has a clean, herbaceous, green aroma and is very useful during bouts of illness. It is a great oil for lethargy, digestive problems and respiratory conditions.
Country of Origin:Â Spain
Plant Family: Lamiaceae (Labiatae).
Method of Extraction: The oil is produced by steam-distillation of the leaves and flowering tops.
Main Theraputic Properties: Antibacterial, Anticatarrhal, Anti-infectious, Neurotonic, Digestive stimulant, Antirheumatic.
Contraindications: Non toxic and non irritant in prescribed doses.
